As a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation only isolated natural wet avalanches are possible, but they will be mostly small. <br/> Wet avalanches can in some cases release deeper layers of the snowpack and reach medium size in isolated cases especially on very steep sunny slopes. <br/> <br/> Moist and wet avalanches can additionally in isolated cases be released in near-surface layers by a single winter sport participant. These avalanche prone locations are rather rare. They are to be found especially on very steep sunny slopes below approximately 2200 m. <br/> <br/> <br/> Dry avalanches can in very isolated cases be released in the weakly bonded old snow. Caution is to be exercised in particular in extremely steep terrain on little-used, rather lightly snow-covered slopes at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions, this also applies adjacent to ridgelines. Sometimes the avalanches are medium-sized. <br/> <br/> Areas with glide cracks are to be avoided as far as possible.
Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be good. <br/> <br/> At low and intermediate altitudes and on sunny slopes the snowpack is well bonded. <br/> <br/> Faceted weak layers exist in the snowpack in particular on steep shady slopes.
