Avalanche report for Wednesday 9 April 2025.

Low avalanche danger will prevail.

all day it applies low avalanche danger, so danger level one.

Avalanches can in isolated cases be released, in particular by large loads. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on very steep shady slopes at elevated altitudes. Mostly avalanches are small. As a consequence of warming during the day, the likelihood of moist snow slides being released will increase a little.

And now the snowpack:

Isolated avalanche prone weak layers exist in the old snowpack especially on steep shady slopes, in particular at elevated altitudes. The snowpack will be generally subject to considerable local variations. Only a little snow is now lying.

The tendency for Thursday 10 April 2025 indicates a steady avalanche danger.

Have a nice day and don't forget to be careful!
