The wind slabs can be released in isolated cases in particular on very steep west, north and east facing slopes. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls.

Some snow fell on Friday over a wide area. Wind slabs are lying on top of a weakly bonded old snowpack especially on steep shady slopes. The snowpack will be subject to considerable local variations.

The tendency for Sunday 7 December 2025 indicates a steady avalanche danger.
