Update of the avalanche forecast for Wednesday 15 April 2026.

Wet snow requires caution.

all day it applies low avalanche danger, so danger level one.

all day, above 2000 meter, we have a wet snow problem. Especially in the aspects North-West to North to North-East.

Only isolated wet avalanches are possible. Caution is to be exercised on extremely steep shady slopes. In very isolated cases avalanches are medium-sized.

And now the snowpack:

The surface of the snowpack will freeze very little and will already be soft in the early morning.

The tendency for Thursday 16 April 2026 indicates a steady avalanche danger.
