Wet and gliding snow represent the main danger. Thus far only a little snow is lying.

all day, we have a gliding snow problem. This in all aspects. Furthermore, all day, we have a wet snow problem. This in all aspects.

As the snowfall level rises there will be only a slight increase in the avalanche danger. As a consequence of the rain more frequent gliding avalanches and snow slides are possible, but they will be mostly small.

And now the snowpack:

Up to 2500 m rain will fall until late morning in some regions. The snowpack will be in most cases weakly bonded.

The tendency for Tuesday 9 December 2025 indicates a decreasing avalanche danger.
