Heavy cloud will gather in Northern Alps and Tauern, fog will veil the peaks, a bit of snowfall is possible. During the course of the day the cloud cover can disperse somewhat, some sunshine is possible. Temperatures at midday at 2000 m: -8 degrees; at 1500 m: -3 degrees. Winds from the northwest, blowing at moderate strength.\r\nOn Tuesday, variable weather conditions will bring lots of cloud, a few snow showers. It will remain cold.",
"avalancheActivityComment": "Danger zones are limited primarily to shady slopes where most avalanche prone locations are of limited spread, e.g. behind protruberances, in gullies or near ridgelines. Risks of falling are in the foreground, since the surfaces are melt-freeze encrusted or icy.",
"snowpackStructureComment": "As a result of the minor snowfall on Friday, the snowdrifts (mostly small patches) on shady slopes are still prone to triggering, on sunny slopes the snow has mostly settled well. On Sunday the snow on sunny slopes softened, but on Monday due to reduced solar radiation the snowpack is expected to remain hard."
