The fresh snow and snow drift accumulations of recent days have mostly bonded well with the old snowpack. Avalanche releases
can occur in particular within the fresh snow and snow drift accumulations, but in some places also at the interface with
the old snowpack. In all regions, avalanches are unlikely to be released in deeper layers of the snowpack.
Under the influence of solar radiation, loose snow avalanches originating in the fresh snow are to be expected in the west
and south in particular.
