Danger description

The wind slabs of the last few days are in some cases still prone to triggering. They are covered with new snow in some cases and therefore difficult to recognise. In high Alpine regions the avalanche prone locations are more prevalent and the danger is slightly greater. Avalanches can reach medium size. Backcountry touring calls for careful route selection.

Wet avalanches as day progresses

As a consequence of solar radiation individual moist snow slides and avalanches are to be expected.
