In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. <br/> As the day progresses as a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation there will be a gradual increase in the avalanche danger. Wet snow slides and avalanches are possible, even medium-sized ones. <br/> This applies in particular on very steep north facing slopes below approximately 2600 m, and on very steep east, south and west facing slopes at elevated altitudes. <br/> Backcountry tours and ascents to alpine cabins should be started early and concluded timely."
