The avalanche danger will increase a little during the day, after an overcast night especially.
The Avalanche Warning Service currently has only a small amount of information that has been collected in the field.
Wet avalanches during the day require caution. As the day progresses the likelihood of wet avalanches being released will increase a little in all regions above approximately 2400 m. Especially in places where the night was overcast the danger will already exist in the morning. In places where rain falls the avalanche danger is greater. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on steep northwest to north to northeast facing slopes above approximately 2400 m.

Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be reduced in some case. The surface of the snowpack will freeze very little and will already be soft in the early morning. Individual weak layers exist deep in the old snowpack on steep shady slopes, especially above approximately 2800 m in areas where the snow cover is rather shallow. At low altitude no snow is lying.
