As the day progresses as a consequence of warming there will be only a slight increase in the danger of moist and wet avalanches.

The weather conditions will facilitate a gradual weakening of the snowpack as the day progresses. On very steep slopes individual moist snow slides and avalanches are possible, but they will be mostly small, especially at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in all aspects in high Alpine regions and in gullies and bowls in all altitude zones. Fresh and somewhat older wind slabs are mostly small. These are to be avoided in particular in very steep terrain. In some localities 5 to 10 cm of snow will fall in the evening above approximately 2000 m.

Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be good, especially at intermediate and high altitudes. The weather conditions will bring about a weakening of the near-surface layers as the day progresses in particular on steep sunny slopes.
In all regions only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. At low and intermediate altitudes only a little snow is lying.

The backcountry touring conditions are spring-like.

The old wind slabs are mostly small and unlikely to be released now. As a consequence of warming during the day and the solar radiation, the likelihood of moist loose snow avalanches being released will increase a little. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular in steep terrain at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions and in gullies and bowls in all altitude zones.

Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be reduced, also at intermediate and high altitudes. The weather conditions will bring about a gradual weakening of the snowpack as the day progresses in all aspects.
In all regions only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. At low and intermediate altitudes no snow is lying. In some localities in some localities up to 10 cm of snow will fall in the evening above approximately 2000 m.

Moist and wet snow slides are still possible in particular in the late morning. Slight increase in danger of dry avalanches as a consequence of the new snow.

The early morning will see generally favourable conditions at elevated altitudes. Until the temperature falls individual small to medium-sized moist loose snow avalanches are possible below approximately 2400 m.

As the day progresses as a consequence of the new snow there will be an increase in the danger of dry avalanches within the current danger level. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found on near-ridge shady slopes above approximately 2600 m.

Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be severely restricted. The weather conditions will prevent a strengthening of the near-surface layers in particular below approximately 2400 m.
10 to 20 cm of snow will fall from early morning above approximately 1800 m. The wind will be light.
The new snow is bonding well with the old snowpack. The older wind slabs have bonded quite well with the old snowpack in high Alpine regions, this also applies on near-ridge shady slopes.
In all regions only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. At low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
