Fresh wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant in some cases on very steep shady slopes above approximately 2600 m. Especially slopes adjacent to ridgelines are unfavourable. Mostly avalanches are rather small.
During the day: As a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation there will be a gradual increase in the danger of wet snow slides, in particular on very steep sunny slopes. As a consequence of the rain natural wet avalanches are possible towards the evening, even medium-sized ones, this also applies on shady slopes.
